Rick Mattaway
L. Richard Mattaway – Rick- has been in the real estate development business in South Florida since 1980 when he migrated from the practice of law. He has a 40-year-plus career of successful residential and commercial real estate development. The Roads Townhomes, a luxury townhomes development in the heart of Miami, is his latest project.
The goal for every residential project Mr. Mattaway has undertaken is to create a product that fits into and takes advantage of its environment and meets the needs of the people who would live or work there. Achievement of that goal is evidenced by the ongoing success of each development.
The Roads Townhomes is an apt expression of that goal and a worthy addition to Mr. Mattaway’s legacy. He is proud to be adding The Roads Townhomes, already recognized by the Florida Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for its outstanding design, to the list of prior successes.

Orange State Partners Inc.
Orange State Partners is a privately-held real estate investment company, based in Miami focusing on purchasing, developing and/or repositioning a variety of real estate projects throughout Florida, with a primary focus on South Florida. Orange State’s owner, Brandon Lurie, has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. Much of Mr. Lurie time spent in real estate has been as a partner with Mr. Mattaway in The Richard-Brandon Company.
The firm’s portfolio and experience is comprised of assets across the real estate spectrum, from construction of new residential condos, apartments and luxury single family home, to construction of office buildings and warehouses. In addition, Mr. Lurie has developed and sold land, and purchased thousands of square feet of existing income producing commercial properties where he improved/added value and sold.

Jason R. Chandler, F.A.I.A.
Jason R. Chandler is the founder and principal of Chandler and Associates. His built and unbuilt design work has received a series of awards from the Miami and Florida chapters of the American Institute of Architects. Jason Chandler’s design work has been published by Princeton Architectural Press, Trama, Florida/Caribbean Architect and The Miami Herald and has been noted in the New York Times and the MIT Press. Chandler has received several distinctions in design competitions. Chandler is a tenured professor and former Chair of the Department of Architecture at the College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts at Florida International University, where he has taught since 1998. Jason R. Chandler, F.A.I.A. holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the College of Architecture, Art and Planning at Cornell University and a Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.
